Our training program is designed for young people who associate their future with the TSL (transportation, Forwarding, logistics) industry. We open our doors to everyone who wants to learn, is focused on the constant development of their skills, is open to new challenges and is set to work and achieve results.
We give you the opportunity to gain real experience, establish contacts with real clients under the guidance of an experienced mentor. The Speedixa Academy is a chance to go out into the open sea of logistics without risking anything!
Previous experience in TSL is not a prerequisite. The program is permanent – we invite candidates to apply throughout the year!

Sales academy: an introduction to transport business
Starting a career in logistics sales
Speedixa’s sales academy in Warsaw introduces the transport industry and customer communication skills. Previous employment experience is not required; motivation to learn and the language skills listed in the programme matter. Preparation lasts between a week and a month, depending on the participant. Applications are accepted throughout the year; participation arrangements and future opportunities are discussed with the team.
From understanding services to speaking with customers
Learn the differences between FTL and LTL transport, express delivery up to 3.5t and Time-Critical, alongside the place of warehouse logistics in supply chains. Examples from automotive and spare parts logistics and pharma and healthcare logistics show why transport requests require different follow-up questions. Understanding services helps explain the value of a solution rather than only its price.
